This covers, design, ASME B31.3 flexibility analysis, pipe supports, spool fabrication, site erection, insulation, testing and complete data pack with weld maps and documentation. The scope ranges from hygienic piping to high pressure steam piping.Fitness For Service
Steam House has ECSA registered engineers who are competent to carry out Fitness For Service analysis of equipment to API 579/ASME FFS-1.Shutdowns
Steam House mobilises large site crews for plant shutdowns. Work includes pre- fabrication of known replacements, piping, platforms, ad-hoc fabrication as the shutdown develops, lagging, instrumentation, pressure vessel inspection and testing.
